clock Time allocation
We have introduced a surgery time management system to reduce the amount of time patients wait in the surgery to see a doctor. Patients must phone the surgery to be given a time to attend. This is a time when patients should not have too long to wait. Allocation will be a 10 minute slot.

It will  be possible to book this more than 48 hours in advance. This is a flexible system designed to ensure that the Doctors can provide a quality service to their patients. There is a system to deal with emergencies where a five minute slot is allocated.

If you have been waiting more than 20 minutes
for your appointment please speak to the reception
staff. If you are more than 10 minutes last for
your appointment, we are sorry but the doctor
may not be able to see you.

On-line bookings

Appointments can now be booked on line. Please ask at reception for details.

Flu clinics

If you are over 65 or on a chronic disease register please contact surgery for appointment.
